Administrative Services

The Administration Services Division is responsible for the fiscal, business-related, administrative and human resource operations of the intermediate unit.

In addition, it provides direct services to students including transporting over 600 special education students daily, maintaining attendance records for all special education classes. This division also oversees the food service and maintenance pool operations for IU facilities and schools.

The division also provides leadership, coordination and consulting services to the business offices of Chester County's 12 school districts and coordinates the efforts of the Chester County School Districts' Joint Purchasing Board.
