Chester County Early Childhood Council

This council was formed to serve as a networking effort to address early childhood issues, concerns and staff development in Chester County. The focus of the council has been on successful kindergarten transitions. School district administrators, kindergarten teachers, preschool directors and teachers, Head Start, and other early care and education providers attend council meetings. The council will meet on 2-24-09, from 12:30 - 3:30 pm and on 4-27-09, from 8:30 - 11:30 am.
