Act 48/45 Information

Continuing professional education is important in Pennsylvania. Act 48 of 1999 and Act 45 of 2007 require all Pennsylvania educators holding Pennsylvania public school certification including Instructional I and II, Educational Specialist I and II, Administrative, Supervisory, Letters of Eligibility and all vocational certificates to participate in ongoing professional education.

The Chester County Intermediate Unit is proud to be a PDE-approved provider of Act 48 and Act 45 continuing professional education programs (CPE). Below, please find links to approved Act 48 and Act 45 CPE programs.
