Customized Staff Development Programs

The Chester County Intermediate Unit conducts customized staff development programs for public, non-public, and private schools and educational agencies. These customized programs are based on the identified needs of your school's staff and the latest educational research. The CCIU Customized Staff Development program designs topics to address individual school's staff development requirements.

Programs are available for professional, support and administrative staff. Specialized training is available for building and grounds personnel, secretarial and clerical staff, and other educational support groups. Follow-up consultation to training is also available.

All CCIU staff development programs and workshops meet the requirements of continuing professional education as defined by Act 48.

More than 60 years of combined experience in the classroom as staff development specialists.

  • Experience with distance learning and training.
