Now Accepting Applications

The Chester County Technical College High School, Pennsylvania’s first hybrid career and technical high school/community college, is now accepting applications for high school students in grades nine through 12. Located in Penn Township in southern Chester County, the high school will serve students who reside in southern Chester County. As a public high school, the Technical College High School is free to high school students residing in these public school districts.

To apply, download an application or contact Kevin Ballisty at 484-237-5325.

The Chester County Technical College High School, which will open in September 2008, is a joint venture of the Chester County Intermediate Unit and Delaware County Community College. As such, the Technical College High School will offer career and technical programs for high school students such as the ones now offered at the Center for Arts & Technology; and Delaware County Community College will offer associate degree programs to college students.

The most unique aspect of the school is that it will also offer dual-enrollment classes for high school students that blend career and technical programs with associate degree college courses. Students in dual-enrollment programs can graduate from high school with up to 16 college credits.
