To whom does the Reach program provide services?

Reach is a voluntary program available to adolescents ages 14-21 years old who reside in Chester County and who have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder.


How does a student access Reach program services?

Referrals are accepted from parents, school personnel and mental health professionals. To refer an adolescent or to schedule and intake evaluation, please call 484-237-6006 or e-mail Sue Lombardi


Who provides the services?

Services are provided by the following professionals:

  • Clinical supervisor
  • Clinical staff therapists
  • Family specialists
  • Child psychiatrists
  • Licensed social workers
  • Behavior specialists
  • Pennsylvania state-certified regular and special education teachers


When does the program operate?

The program operates year-round, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. However, during the summer, Reach provides therapeutic services only.


Is participation in Reach confidential?

Confidential information about an adolescent 14 years or older including his/her treatment plan may not be revealed to anyone outside of the Reach program without the adolescent's written consent. Exceptions to this rule are made for certain situations which are explained as necessary.
