The Reach Program

Adolescence can be a difficult time for many teenagers. It is especially hard for teenagers who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders. The Reach program specializes in helping these young people gain the skills they will need in order to return to and to succeed in a regular school setting.

The Reach program is a school-based, partial hospitalization program that provides a clinical and alternative education environment for students who have been diagnosed with significant mental health disorders such as oppositional defiant disorders, conduct disorders, mood disorders and anxiety disorders.

Program Goals:

  • To enhance adolescents' self-awareness and the ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships.
  • To assist and support adolescents in developing personal strategies for success.
  • To enable adolescents to return to a regular school environment.
  • To decrease the need for more restrictive levels of intervention.
