Education Consultants - Effective Instructional Practices
Two education consultants provide training, consultation, and on-site guided practice to school-based instructional support teams and teachers.
Pam Schoessler provides services in the following areas:
- Differentiated instructional practices to meet the diverse needs of students
- Overview of inclusion theory and practices
- Methods of adapting and modifying the curriculum
- Co-teaching and collaboration
- Skills and techniques for paraeducators
Patty Gieschen provides services in the following areas:
- Team building
- Collaboration
- Student assistance
- Classroom management
- Assessment of students with academic and social/emotional issues
- Meeting needs of English language learners (ELLs)
IDEA Funded
Consulting, training, and workshops are offered at no charge to Chester County school districts through funding from IDEA.
