Training and Consultation - Behavior Management

The behavior management team provides consultation at the individual student, classroom and school-wide levels. Workshops and trainings are also available on a variety of behavioral issues.

Services

Consultation with individual teachers about an individual student
- Observation of the student
- Report with behavioral strategies
- Consult regarding data collection

Consultation with individual teachers about a whole class
- Observation of the class

- Consult regarding data collection
Consultation with a team about an individual student
- Observation of the student
- Facilitation of a team meeting
- Report with behavioral strategies
- Consult regarding data collection
Assist team in conducting a functional behavior assessment and/or writing a behavior intervention plan
- Assist with initial line of inquiry/staff interview
- Observation/meeting to determine the function of the behavior of concern
- Assist with strategies for the plan
- Consult regarding data collection
