Working at CCIU
The CCIU employs nearly 1400 full-, part-time, substitute and seasonal staff. They are teachers, psychologists, instructional assistants, secretaries, technicians, specialists, support personnel, custodial workers and administrators—all working together to provide the best education possible for all students in Chester County.
The majority of CCIU staff contribute directly to the education of students in the classroom, either in CCIU-operated schools and facilities or in district-based classrooms.
