The Emotional Support program
provides academic and emotional support for students who are seriously,
emotionally disturbed. Students
receive instructional and emotional support based on their individual needs
in order to improve social and behavioral skills, group interaction skills,
improvement of self-esteem and remediation in planned courses. Classes are
provided for students in grades K-8.
The primary goal is to teach appropriate social
skills, so that students are able to function appropriately in an academic
and social setting.

Emotional

as emotionally disturbed who manifest behaviors
that result in behavioral and academic deficits. Students will receive
instructional and emotional support based on their individual needs.
