Time Off Your time is valuable. We recognize that while our employees work hard at serving others, they deserve the opportunity to take time for themselves as well. Team CCIU members are offered paid vacation, sick and personal time that accrues with years served. Some jobs are even 10-month positions, giving you the summer off! |

Retirement Benefits While we believe in Mark Twain’s famous quote, “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life,” we also know that a sense of security in your retired life is important. As a member of Team CCIU, you are automatically enrolled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS). Qualifying employees will retire with pension benefits so that they can truly enjoy their retirement and all it has to offer. |
