Dr. Don Mangan
Dr. Mangan has served as the principal of the CCIU Learning Center since September 2021. Prior to his role as principal, Dr. Mangan served as a supervisor on assignment in two local school districts as well as the assistant principal at the CCIU Learning Center. Before joining team CCIU, Dr. Mangan served as a special education teacher, special education liaison and dean of students in Chichester School District. Dr. Mangan earned his bachelor's degree in special education from West Chester University, a master's degree in educational leadership from St. Joseph's University and a Doctor of Education from West Chester University.

Dr. Christine Campbell
Dr. Campbell has served as an assistant principal of the CCIU Learning Center since October 2019. Prior to her role as assistant principal, Dr. Campbell served as a special education teacher, alternative education teacher, field hockey coach and department chair. Dr. Campbell earned her bachelor's degree in special education from Kutztown University, a master's degree in educational leadership from Gratz College and a Doctor of Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.

Mrs. Hillary Soring
Mrs. Soring has served as an assistant principal at the CCIU Learning Center since August 2022. Prior to joining team CCIU, Mrs. Soring served as a special education teacher in learning support, life skills support and autistic support. Mrs. Soring earned her bachelor's degree in early grades education and special education from West Chester University, a master's degree in education from Wilkes University and a principal certification from Immaculata University.
