This program helps students engage in community health issues through hands-on experiences that have a positive impact in the community. Students will learn medical terminology and medical abbreviations, ethical and professional behavior and anatomy and physiology of the human body. Students will also be able to connect these skills through experience in extended care, outpatient, acute clinical and other community health settings.
