Revitalizing Your School Culture | Act 45 Program

Principal Study Council 2023-2024 This four-part professional learning series supports instructional leaders as they design learning environments that represent the uniqueness of both staff and students in their schools. Designed as a professional learning community experience, participants will engage in ways to elevate their culture, build trust to strengthen relationships within their school communities and manage difficult situations with dignity and respect. Leaders participating will be engaged in practical strategies and frameworks to create school spaces where all feel valued, appreciated and accepted.

All participants receive 2 books: "Recalibrate The Culture: Our Why...Our Work...Our Values" by Jimmy Casas and "Handle with Care: Managing Difficult Situations in Schools with Dignity and Respect" by Jimmy Casas and Joy Kelly

Principal Networking is designed for building leaders. The goal is to provide a collaborative space for principals to share similar lived experiences, passions, and interests on a personal and professional level. Topics are determined by participants. The group will be divided into elementary and secondary discussion groups.
