Drawing from broad experience working with schools, districts, and counties, Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) supports educators in cultivating a positive school climate that focuses on the wellness of students, educators, families, and communities.  Our tailored services can address and support the needs, priorities, and vision of our schools to help build staff and student capacity; engage stakeholders; improve systems; and plan, implement and assess school climate initiatives.

With over a decade of experience and training through the National School Climate Center with certifications in National School Climate Leadership, CCIU has been supporting schools in creating safe, supportive, engaging, and healthy climates that promote a sense of belonging and connection while simultaneously increasing positive outcomes for students and the entire school community.
