March 2013 Graduate: LPN at Tel Hai Retirement Community
This former construction worker traded in his hard hat for a stethoscope. “I wanted to do something to better myself, to have a stable profession and to help people,” said Bradley. “That’s why I joined the Practical Nursing program. With the new healthcare laws and baby boomers about to retire, becoming an LPN is a smart choice.”

December 2012 Graduate: LPN at Saint John Vianney Center
Manuella Zarate-Johnson balanced her full-time studies with motherhood and 40-hour work weeks as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA). “Completing the program is a team effort; it really takes a lot of support from your family,” she said. “I work with RNs who say they can’t believe half the things we did in LPN school. That says a lot about how well this program prepares you for all aspects of nursing.”

August 2012 Graduate

Shakitta had a plan and it started with the Practical Nursing Program. She states "Attending PNP was a great stepping stone in my career. I obtained invaluable knowledge and skills from the program.
