As a result of a district request, CCIU contracted with ASCA to deliver this introductory workshop where participants will learn the ins and outs of the ASCA National Model and the framework of a comprehensive school counseling program: Define, Manage, Deliver and Assess. Participants will also discover how to align their school counseling program with the mission of the school and district and effectively demonstrate change in student outcomes. Fee to participate covers the ASCA consultant fee.
- April 3, 2020 - Applying Self Control and Growth Mindset in the Classroom
In this presentation Steve Kernaghan, West Chester Henderson High School teacher, will address the value of self-control and growth mindset in the classroom and identify several strategies that all stakeholders can use to help improve student outcomes.
