To enroll in the Early Head Start program, the following documentation is required:

• Proof of income
• Immunization Records
• Proof of recent well-child visit

The CCIU operates Early Head Start programs at the following locations:

• Coatesville
• West Chester
• Lionville
• Pottstown
• Norristown
• West Philadelphia

• Provide superior quality, family-centric comprehensive early childhood programming and social services to all enrolled families in a welcoming, inclusive, supportive environment.
• Families receive a 90-minute home visit and a socialization opportunity every other week.
