The Chester County Intermediate Unit Reading Olympics registration system allows you to register your school teams online.  New building coordinators will be able to create a new account while our returning building coordinators can use their existing account from past years.

Building coordinators may enter preliminary information and then return to the registration system to update their team information up until the registration closing date. The system has an updated interface that keeps all your information on one page and your information is automatically saved whenever you update a field.

The system requires the Building Coordinator, to provide the following information:

• Estimated number of teams
• Team Name(s)
• Student Names
• Moderator/Scorekeeper Volunteer (to be assigned by CCIU staff)
• Chaperone Name for each team

Pre-registration

Please pre-register by estimating the number of teams you expect to bring. Estimates must be received no later than January 10, 2025. CCIU will use this information to assign event nights to each school, which will assist you in communicating and planning with your students, parents, and volunteers.

Payments

There is a $55 fee, per team, to participate. At the conclusion of your team registration, you will have the option to pay online with a credit card, have an invoice sent to you, or have CCIU send your district an invoice.

• January 10, 2025: Final Team Estimates Due 
• March 7, 2025: Registration Closes (for All Grade Levels) and Payment Due
