Certifications and Endorsements

  • The Reading Specialist Certification is designed for currently certified teachers to become skilled literacy educators and Reading Specialists. This program is a 21-credit program that fulfills all PDE requirements for application as a Pennsylvania Reading Specialist Certification for grades PreK-12.
