Artificial Intelligence Collaborative
Join our upcoming AI Collaborative (AIC) meetings! Regional educational leaders across the K-12 setting will focus on understanding the opportunities and implications surrounding the continued emergence of AI in our instructional ecosystems. Get feedback on your ideas, exchange resources, and discuss strategies for adoption. Discussions will be based on participant needs and initiatives. Gifted Network
The gifted network provides an opportunity for gifted educators to discuss and collaborate with their peers on issues at the federal, state and local level that impact the delivery of gifted services. Each meeting will begin with time devoted to updates on gifted issues and professional development. The remaining time will be allocated for open dialogue among the participants and an opportunity to develop GIEPs with support from fellow gifted educators.

Instructional Coaching Network
The Instructional Coaching Network is for Chester County Instructional coaches or educators who have designated instructional coaching time in their work schedules. The Network is an opportunity to engage in professional learning and conversations specific to the skills, techniques, and dispositions necessary to support teachers in strengthening classroom instruction and practices.
The network meets on the second Friday of each month at the Chester County Intermediate Unit. Whole group professional learning and networking occurs from 8:30-11:30, with additional time available in the afternoon for district or cross-district collaboration or individual or group mentoring with Chester County’s instructional coach mentor.

MTSS Network
The MTSS Network meeting is for district and school administrators to collaborate and share ideas, challenges, and best practices. We aim to bring together a diverse group of educational leaders committed to driving change and working collaboratively across the county. Our goal is for participants to leave feeling motivated and equipped to implement these changes.
To ensure a rich exchange of perspectives and collaboration, we encourage each district to bring a small, diverse administration team including various roles:
