Professional Development Subcommittee
This subcommittee will establish training opportunities for all committee-at-large members with an initial focus on the PDE Equity Hub. During the second half of the year, the subcommittee will focus on belonging.

RFP/Equity Study Subcommittee
This subcommittee will focus on developing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an outside expert to conduct an analysis of current organizational practices related to equity and assist with the review of the proposal and selection of the expert (2021-2022). The subcommittee will then assist the selected consultant in the completion of the equity study.

Social Subcommittee
This subcommittee will organize and host opportunities and/or events to facilitate team building and to foster a sense of community. We will learn about each other and other cultures in a positive atmosphere.

Visibility Subcommittee
This subcommittee will focus on a communication plan to engage and build trust/community among committee-at-large volunteers and will also work on establishing a cultural calendar.
