    The Bridge Café is a student run restaurant located at the Chester County Technical College High School. It is operated by students in the school's Culinary Arts program under the direction of Chef Dan Dietrich. The Bridge Café is open for breakfast and lunch, Wednesday and Thursday, October through May during the regular school calendar days.


    The menu is seasonal and will change throughout the school year.  The purpose of the Bridge Cafe' is to educate the students in menu planning/development, costing, food preparation, front of the house service

     
    AM Session Hours: Wednesday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
    PM Session Jours: Wednesday - Thursday 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
