    CCIU operates schools on behalf of Chester County's 12 public school districts. CCIU specializes in creating and delivering educational programs for career-minded students, students with disabilities, and students for whom a traditional educational setting is not working.

    Child and Career Development Center: A comprehensive k-12 school for students with severe disabilities.

    Technical College High School Brandywine Campus: Located in Downingtown, this school specializes in providing high school students with the technical training and academic preparation to be successful in work, in college, and in life. The campus serves students from Coatesville Area, Downingtown Area, and West Chester Area school districts, and Bishop Shanahan High School.

    Technical College High School Pennock's Bridge Campus: A joint venture of the Chester County Intermediate Unit and Delaware County Community College. As such, the Technical College High School offers career and technical programs for high school students and associate degree programs to college students. The campus serves students from Avon Grove, Kennett Consolidated, Octorara Area, Oxford Area and Unionville-Chadds Ford school districts.
     
    Technical College High School Pickering Campus: Located in Phoenixville, this school specializes in providing high school students with the technical training and academic preparation to be successful in work, in college, and in life. The campus serves students from Great Valley, Owen J. Roberts, Phoenixville Area, Tredyffrin-Easttown, and West Chester Area school districts.
