Come out and meet the young artists of Chester County! Nearly 500 works of art created by Chester County high school students will be on display to the general public at the Chester County Art Association in West Chester.

The annual Chester County High School Art Festival and Congressional Art Show will begin on Monday, April 6, 2019 and will be on display through Saturday, April 18. A free reception and awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 15 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for students, their families and the general public. Exhibit hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

*The exhibit and reception are free and open to the general public.

The non-juried art show will feature work from students from throughout Chester County. In addition, this year's entries will also be simultaneously submitted for Congresswoman Chrissy Houlahan's Congressional Art Competition for students living in the 6th District of Pennsylvania. Each spring across the nation, the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a high school art competition with the grand prize winner having their artwork displayed in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
