About

This hands-on workshop equips teachers and school leaders with practical strategies to guide responsible AI use while ensuring assessments stay meaningful. Participants will explore five key moves schools can make:
- AI Literacy & Ethics: Teach students to use AI responsibly with clear guidelines.
- Skill-Building Without AI: Prioritize critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Support Beyond the Classroom: Use tech to enhance learning while preserving integrity.
- Durable Assessments: Design tasks AI can't do for students to deepen engagement. - Curriculum Integration: Embed AI to enrich learning, not replace it.

Rooted in best practices from the Chester County Intermediate Unit's AI Leadership Advisory Cooperative, this session aligns with district strategies for ethical and effective AI use. You'll leave with actionable steps, policy insights, and a glimpse into the future-exploring AI voice, vision, video, and VR to prepare for what's next.

Best For K-12 central office administrators, coaches and building leaders.
