In this dynamic session, Emily unpacks the three key ingredients-Autonomy, Competence, and Relatedness-that fuel self-directed motivation, drawing from Self-Determination Theory. Educators and parents will gain practical strategies to help learners harness their drive and take charge of their growth, so we can step back and watch them soar.
