This series empowers administrators to lead the ongoing implementation of Pennsylvania's STEELS standards with an emphasis on sustainability and continuous improvement. Participants will explore strategies to evaluate their progress and refine efforts to ensure effective and enduring standards-based instruction. Grounded in the cycle of continuous improvement, the series guides leaders in assessing their impact on four key areas essential to sustaining implementation: People, Policies, Processes, and Practices.
