About

The Framework for Teaching: Calibration of Observation Skills will include an overview of the Framework for Teaching, building a fair, accurate, reliable, and purposeful system for assuring quality and advancing practice. This course will build on participants' knowledge of The Danielson Framework and apply it to developing skills around a collaborative observation process.

This program is fully online, self-paced with limited facilitation.

  • After completing this registration step, participants will receive a link to access the coursework.
  • Enrollment for this program will be open through April 21, 2025
  • All work for this program must be completed by June 6, 2025
  • Earn 30 Act 45 hours

Participants will: Increase leadership ability to accurately and effectively observe and evaluate teachers using the Danielson Framework for Teaching

Completion Requirements: Create a personal leadership action plan that demonstrates achievement of the identified leadership standards.
