Birth to three services, coaching families through early intervention

The Infant/Toddler Early Intervention program provides support to families with children from birth to age three, with developmental delays and disabilities. Early Intervention enhances each family’s capacity to meet the needs of their child in the settings where children live, learn and play.

Gordon Early Literacy Center

The Gordon Early Literacy Center is a cutting-edge preschool center for Coatesville area children ages 3-to-5 years that encompasses 18 preschool classrooms. The Center’s 320 students have access to high-quality preschool education, instructional technology and related services and supports in order to promote school readiness.

Early Care and Education Center

Our Early Care and Education Center provides an environment where children can learn in a variety of ways. Play developmentally appropriate activities guided by the program staff are essential to our creative curriculum. Social skills, positive relationships and respect for self and others are highlights of the program.

Children are lovingly cared for while enjoying ample opportunities to develop a wide range of physical, cognitive and sensory motor skills. They learn about themselves and are encouraged to tap into their natural desire for independence while experiencing a myriad of interesting learning opportunities.

ECEC is locate in Coatesville and is open during the school year from 6:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; CLOSED during the summer.

Early Learning Resource Center

Pennsylvania's Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs) provide a single point-of-contact for families, early care and education providers and our communities to gain information and access services that support high-quality child care and early learning programs. ELRCs can help families find the best child care for their children.

Through the ELRC, child care professionals can obtain support in building quality outcomes for children by working with quality coaches to achieve Keystone STAR 3 and 4 status, building connections with community partners and supporting children and families in accessing additional services, such as PA Pre-K Counts, Head Start, home-visiting and Early Intervention.

ELRC Region 19 Main Office is located at 455 Boot Road, Entrance A Downingtown, PA 19335. It is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
