In addition, computer science jobs are one of the fastest growing professions in Pennsylvania’s economy, with 18,000+ unfilled positions and a projected growth of up to 26% annually. The CS4CC Summit brings educators, school leaders, and stakeholders together to expand their knowledge and skills so they can effectively support and provide students with computer science experiences.

    Participants will:

    • Prioritize school and district needs through the completion of a Computer Science Self-Assessment
    • Unpack the new K-12 Computer Computer Science Standards through an engaging Design Thinking experience piloting PA's new SCRIPT rubric
    • Explore resources and best practices for AP Computer Science
