Sarah Aki is a senior who resides in the Great Valley School District

  • SP2 Certifications in: Food Safety, Workplace Safety, Interview Skills for Culinary Students, and Ethics and YOU in the Culinary Industry
  • Dual-enrolled through Penn College of Technology
Sarah is described as polite, resourceful, and caring. She exhumes enthusiasm for the culinary field and likes being challenged. She is detail-oriented and diligent. In her first year in Culinary Arts she did double the work and completed two instructional levels; her intent was to be able to complete Level III her senior year. She helps fellow students having difficulty completing assignments. Sarah has applied to The Restaurant School of Walnut Hill, Johnson and Wales, The Culinary Institute of America, and The Art Institute of Philadelphia. She plans on majoring in baking and pastry arts.
"Sarah is a very polite, dedicated culinary student. She works well with all her classmates, donates her time in the evening to attend catering events, and she also works at the Movie Tavern in Exton," states Mrs. Barb Murphy, Culinary Arts Instructional Assistant.
