The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) will be implementing a new sign-on and referral bonus program for all new employees who apply between January 20, 2022 through October 31, 2022.

The sign-on bonus program will offer new employees up to a $500 bonus for joining Team CCIU! New employees will receive a $250 bonus upon being hired by the CCIU with the ability to potentially earn another $250 bonus if they continue to work at the CCIU for six consecutive months.

The referral program will allow CCIU employees who successfully refer a new hire to collect a referral bonus. Employees will also be eligible to collect an additional bonus if the new hire continues to work at the CCIU for six consecutive months.
