to create a support ticket for our Technical Support team; they will contact you as soon as possible. In the email, include as much detail as possible on the issue and the best way to contact you, including your phone number if a voice call is desired. Please note that if your regular email isn’t working, you may also send a text to the same email address to create a support ticket.
Our team is working around the clock during this unprecedented situation to distribute technology to students and staff and provide support to more than 1,700 staff and 6,000 families, so please bear with us as we work as quickly as possible to get back to you. Please do not send multiple initial emails for the same issue, as that will affect our ability to respond accurately.
